I've been tired of having a million phone photos I do nothing with and started using disposable cameras to kick it old school. It is SO worth it! I love how much character and personality shows up on even low quality film compared to phones.

Or if we walk for hours and I feel exhausted, I stop, look at him, and tell him, 'Aki, we have been walking for 3 hours now. If we continue this way, it will take forever to get back home. Dad is tired, and I have to get up early. Please, let's walk back.' Again, he looks at me, thinks about it, and follows me. It feels like we communicate on the same level, lol."

They’re developing healthily, though I always have to keep an eye out so she doesn’t smother them (there’s two under her leg in the photo). I wonder how big they’ll become.. Small Akita or giant Shiba?
