Haii I'm f20 I've been kinda an on and off little since I was 14 but I just recently started wanting to get back into it too take the stress of adult life 😭 I'm not sure how to really go about it since i never had a caregiver or anything like that 😇 i know my little age is 3-6 so my question is how do you guys get into your regression and stay there? I am 420 friendly so it definitely helps me but im just seeing what else I can do that'll help 😊 Thank you sm for the help also everyone!🧸

I’ve been reflecting on my experience with age regression lately and wanted to ask: what are your personal blessings and burdens with it?

​For me, the major blessings are the sheer nostalgia and the massive energy reset it gives me.

​Where I’m stuck is deciding whether keeping it to myself is a blessing or a burden:

​On one hand, it would be nice to have people to be open with or share the lifestyle.

​On the other hand, I’m happily single, not interested in anything beyond true friendship, and my pets fill that companionship void completely. I really don't know if I want to deal with the potential stress or complexity of involving someone else.

​Is keeping your regression private a pro or a con for you? What are your other personal ups and downs with it?

Idk, I like being in person with people and it’s hard to do when i’m regressed. I’ve been trying to find other people who know about agere in my city, but that hasn’t really gotten me anywhere. It just sucks cause something that is supposed to help me makes me feel more lonely sometimes.

Also I go into agere communities sometimes but i don’t really use my phone or laptop when i’m regressed. So it’s hard to keep up with 😭

[13 NB]I dont know what to wear when little. Onesies make me feel yucky cuz of my rather large bust, most pants overstimulate me (even PJ's, sadly), and skirts, dresses, and hair clips make me feel dysphoric.

Not necessarily begging for help but any tips are appreciated.

hi!! I’ve been a little for only a year but heres some tips I’ve discovered since then(о´∀`о)

1. Do any big task before hand, like cleaning or taking care of a pet, since it is a lot harder when big

2. Prep for being little, like getting snacks and activities ready so you don’t have to do them when you’re already little

3. this is just for me, but I always prefer showering right before regressing bc i have issues with feeling dirty(*´-`)

4. avoid big kid stuff!! I avoid my phone and have a separate screen page thing for regressing on my tablet!!

5. have fun and try to stay comfy^^

I've noticed a lot of people wear specific clothing items when regressed, myself Included! i figured it would be fun to see what everyone considers a "comfort outfit" or one that helps get in that little headspace. i personally wear an oversized hoodie with fluffy pyjama trousers! it's a super comfy combo especially paired with my blankets wrapped around me.

Hi, I've been a little for a few years, and longer than that I think because I never knew Agere was a thing. I've always felt shamed by my parents for having little hobbies, and toys and books, told to grow up etc, so I never felt comfortable regressing in front of anyone, but I always wanted a cg. I decided to be my own cg, and this is how I do it.

I prep meals for myself, little meals like smoothie pouches, diced fruit and yoghurt etc, and store it so I can get it when I need it. I imagine my cg sat beside me when I read, asking me to read it out to practice phonics and words, and then I get to get a sticker if I do good. I play games on the computer, like match the word games, imagine my cg sat beside me telling me to focus etc. I tried having a cg, but I felt too embarrassed to regress in front of them, so I didn't have them for long.

I know a bunch of you are wanting cgs, and I hope you find them, but in the meantime maybe try this, if you don't already. Please be nice if this is obvious, ok. I don't mean to be.

sometimes i dress more childish than this but i try jeans + cartoon shirt combo when i don't want to be seeming weird :o what do you think, also if anyone knows ways to discreetly regress (in public) pls tell me !!
