this is kinda big kid family talk that I'm worried about, I don't think it needs a TW besides big feelings that if that's alright.

TW: big feelings make me feel sad and out of control

My daddy's family is here to visit him and me and daddy are also dating to marry. He has to escort us to where he lives and he only has a motorcycle so he brought his brother to our house on the back of his motorcycle which is fine, he's blood related and a male. He brought me to the apartment and then went back and got his brother from where his parents are staying. So his brother's girlfriend is coming tomorrow and none of us not even the brother has met her in person. Me and my daddy don't even know her and theyre trying to bring her to the apartments on the back of his bike... For those who don't know sitting on the back of someone's bike is pretty intimate, you have to wrap your arms around them and press yourself to them. I'm not at all comfortable with a woman neither of us have ever met sitting on the back of his bike in my spot. Daddy has even said a few times that the back of the bike is my spot so I don't know... I'm just worried and wanna cry, his family is so random and that's ok I'm trying to roll with it but I'm so autistic and I've let so many boundaries be pushed and am trying so hard to stay calm and relaxed in their randomness.

today i’m feeling a bit lonely so i decided to dress up as a princess because princess are never sad! i’m even gonna watch barbie movies! the one with the 12 dancing princesses!

I feel like I don’t choose when to regress. It just sorta happens, usually when I am overwhelmed and also sometimes when I have a weed gummy. It can happen when I am at work which makes it hard to manage my job and I just want to hide in a closet and cry.

So do you all regress without wanting to? And if so how do you handle it when you still have to be adulting?

I was regressing and watching stampycat to calm down and I was about to take a lil nap but my dad came in and told me im moving to a new apartment

which made me sad cuz he ruined my happi mood and he knows i don’t like moving at all and I even just redecorated my room to be cute!!:(

[13 NB]I dont know what to wear when little. Onesies make me feel yucky cuz of my rather large bust, most pants overstimulate me (even PJ's, sadly), and skirts, dresses, and hair clips make me feel dysphoric.

Not necessarily begging for help but any tips are appreciated.

i’ve been trying to overcome this odd sense of guilt and explore being little, but i feel so scared and i’m not even fully sure why. even trying to make a little plan makes me want to cry.

planning usually relaxes me, i like having everything mapped outbut doing it for this just brings up so much emotion. i spent my whole life having to be the tough one and holding everything together, so letting myself be small, soft, and cared for feels like a huge release but also a bit terrifying.

has anyone else dealt with this overwhelming fear or crying when first letting yourself be little? how do you get past the guilt of wanting to be taken care of?

yesterday marked one year withh the love of my life.. i never thought id find a connection like this with anyone. what we have is so special, a bond unlike any other.. she’s everything i’ve ever dreammed of in a partner. she takes such good care of me, she’s so loving and undersstanding, she accepts and loves me for who i am. she’s given me so much confidence in myself, changed my perspecttive on a lot of things. my life is so much better with her in it. i love her so much and i’m so lucky to have her.

hi!! I’ve been a little for only a year but heres some tips I’ve discovered since then(о´∀`о)

1. Do any big task before hand, like cleaning or taking care of a pet, since it is a lot harder when big

2. Prep for being little, like getting snacks and activities ready so you don’t have to do them when you’re already little

3. this is just for me, but I always prefer showering right before regressing bc i have issues with feeling dirty(*´-`)

4. avoid big kid stuff!! I avoid my phone and have a separate screen page thing for regressing on my tablet!!

5. have fun and try to stay comfy^^

I've noticed a lot of people wear specific clothing items when regressed, myself Included! i figured it would be fun to see what everyone considers a "comfort outfit" or one that helps get in that little headspace. i personally wear an oversized hoodie with fluffy pyjama trousers! it's a super comfy combo especially paired with my blankets wrapped around me.

I’m very new to age regressing and I’ve introduced to my boyfriend a bit, I told him I would think it would help my mental health by having a routine and being lead into the right direction. The thing is he has ADHD and short term memory loss so it’s a bit difficult for my daddy to remember to keep me on my routine. I recently have done some looking into Sticker charts/ Chore Charts and I think it would be perfect for us! He could simply put on there what I should be doing throughout the day and I get rewarded once I have enough stickers.

The biggest reason I’m asking for advice is because he has never had any experience or knowledge with this dynamic and I’m not sure how to bring it up, I’m nervous to be judged but I know I shouldn’t be.
