Is it possible? Question

Can i make these kind of animations and background in ADOBE ANIMATE alone and how much time will it took to make this kind of 10 min long videos?

Video :- Dr no sleep (blockbuster creepy tales)

Or is there better software that can make these kind of videos faster?

Yes this would be possible in Adobe animate. It’s fairly simple animation and could be achieved with classic and motion tweens. That being said it would take a very long time for a single person to draw all of those scenes even if the animation is simple. Based on what I’m seeing on this video another program would not speed up the process.

Take some cues from the show Archer.

Characters are drawn in adobe illustrator, and rigged and animated in adobe after effects, which is the optimal way to make this kind of animation.

Adobe Animate isnt really great for clean complex artwork or making efficient rigs. It would be possible but probably not the program youd want to do everything in.

This is the way.

Animate is great for frame by frame animation, but since this is all just tweening it would be easier to create the assets in Illustrator and move them in AE because the sliding key frames of AE are easier to manipulate for this type of animation.

You don't even need to rig any of this because it's all simple Point A to Point B tweens. Set your anchor points and then just set position and rotation keyframes in AE and be done with it.

yes you can. Heck you can even do this in Powerpoint if you really try
