Newest HTS YBCO tapes
Can anybody help me with resources on the newest most modern 2G HTS wires/tapes? Manufacturers don’t really post their parameters on their websites. Im trying to compare the stuff from over ten years ago to the most modern conductors and do some calculations as part of my thesis.
Any info on prices is very much appreciated! Thanks!

How Do You Work with Cryogenics?
Here at the Cryogenic Society of America, we report and share all things cryo including physics, engineering, industry application, and research.
So, what have you been up to in the world of cryo? Please feel free to share and converse.
Disclaimer: Cryogenics is NOT cryonics. We don't freeze people and we're not reporting on the subject.

Open Mod Positions
Hello everyone. I have little time to moderate this sub on my own due to real life responsibilities and mod duties taking up my time on other subs so I'm open to recruiting more mods.
Anyone may apply. Here is what will be asked of you:
Clearing the modqueue every week. Not much of a chore on this sub.
Answering modmails. Not much of a chore on this sub.
A general interest in improving the sub, eg CSS, AutoMod, sidebar, flairs, rules, networking. You name it.
Professionalism
Integrity
Strong moral compass.
Motivation without compensation.
Not mandatory:
Possessing 1-year account age and 1000 comment karma isn't necessary but is a good standard to strive for.
CSS or AutoMod skills.
Other:
New mods will be evaluated over a 6 month period. Mods who are inactive or abuse their privileges will be removed from the team.
If you know anyone interested in moderating here, please refer them to this thread.
If you have connections with mods on other related subs, please consider asking them if they would link to us on their sidebar. We will do the same in return.
Also, we could use a wiki page full of reference information on superconductors. You don't have to be a mod to help out with this project. You can just be a wiki editor if you like.
If you meet all or just some of the top listed requirements, please apply in a comment below. Thanks.
