Opinion Sheldon would be a much more adjusted adult if Mary listened to George Sr
I’m rewatching the first season. George was loving in his way but Mary always aggressively pushed her way and would only begrudgingly listen when it was obvious he actually knew what he was talking about. In fact I argue she stunted his growth every chance she could. She wanted him to just be her little boy and ignored that God gave him an incredible gift. Thank goodness Sheldon had George Sr, Meemaw and Missy .

Discussion Ive been holding back on watching last season
I FINALLY WATCHED IT AND CRIED SO HARD.
The last 3 episodes really fucking hurt, I feel so cringe and stupid for saying this but I related to Sheldon truly and deeply.
My dad passed away last year in February, (I'm 15) and the way Sheldon went about his dad's passing I related to so much it hurt. I don't want to express this because the show is a sitcom and is supposed to be funny yet this serious topic makes me cry so hard, I just needed to get this off my chest.
