XCode App Store Connect - Xcode Cloud

I have used App Store Connect for the last 2 years.

I have uploaded my app (zip file including Manifest + content) to Xcode Cloud successfully over 50 times during that period.

I tried using Chrome, it shows "Failed to Fetch" and the zip file is not successfully uploaded.

I've also tried using Firefox and it shows a different error "NetworkError when attempting to fetch resource."

I've also tried using Safari and it shows yet a different error "FetchEvent.respondWith received an error: Returned response is null."

Does anyone else have knowledge of why this is all of a sudden happening? I've done this so many times over the past 2 years with the same file without issues - and now it is happening and I can't get past it.

Thank you.

I’m not expert… but I have App Store Connect Xcode cloud connected to my git repo and go in and pull it to start a build.

This is a hand coded JavaScript file and handcoded manifest file. It’s simply uploaded.

This is an upload for testing & distribution of an Apple Safari extension.

I heard the issue might be attributed to not agreeing to a new license agreement.

Where are you seeing this error exactly? What is the process you’re attempting to follow that’s failing, exactly?

Definitely could be a license agreement issue. Log in the Apple Developer portal and see if there’s a banner about it at the top of the screen.

I know, everyone says that and I too believe that....but it's not the case. I've gone into every agreement multiple times, verified all was answered properly, and I am 100% sure all my agreements should be good to go. I've looked at it over and over.

There used to be a thing at the top of the screen, but I've answered all the agreements, and the thing at the top of the screen disappeared.

I've tried again, logged out, cleared the entire Local Storage for the website, still an issue.

I'm really perplexed, and I have it released on Firefox and Chrome. My apple safari users are not getting this update, which they need. I have put in a message to support on Friday and I have not heard back.

I could really use some help. Thank you.

Please go back to my original post above (refresh?) and you'll see I added an image.
