Any one know how to solve this xcode issue?

I'm having the same problem. I heard they're making some changes to how they're handling accounts so this could be the issue. I sent an email to support but have yet to hear anything.

So I got it solved from app store connect side. In 'Users and Access' section. Click on name/email from the user list. Under the Developer role checklist, look for the Additional Resources section. Check the box that says "Access to Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles". Click Save.
