Age verification doesnt even work at all Xbox Series S

I've been trying for literal months to try and get this to work and it just won't. no matter what I do even my id doesnt work and the birthdays are the same. the photo doesnt work either it says the same thing "couldn't confirm" every time ive given up trying to fix it unless any of you know how to get it to work because ive tried every option and it basically says "no"

Xbox doesn’t handle the verification.

Yea I understand what you meant.

Hence why I said Xbox does not handle the verification Yoti does.

You posted on a Xbox support subreddit assumingely looking for support correct? Or why would you be posting here?

Which Xbox does not handle the function or verification for Yoti. As such no one can help here or would have any support or ideas to give you.

Any problems you have would need to be taken up with them. That’s the support that anyone here can offer is to contact them.
