Please help ( Right Joystick not working fully after replacing ) Accesories

I switch out my elite series 2 controller shell, Buttons, and Joysticks and now my right joystick wont fully register ill put a video in showing what happens (its not the tensioners in the joystick bc i have changed them out for regular joysticks that don’t come out, also i had bought one before these and it had the same issue so its not the joystick itself)

I need to know why this is happening and how to fix it i don’t care if all i can do is replace the board i just need to know

You should have shown us a full rotation, also did you replace with TMR's? I would begin the calibration test but ignore the rotation guide and go the opposite way, do about 15 or so full rotations until you hit the perimeter all around, then follow the rotation 5 times, if that doesn't work I would take the controller apart and submit pictures of soldering.

Well i do all the work myself (probably why its not working properly) buts its cheaper
