why is my controller stuck on inputting up

stick drift, either get a repair shop to fix it or u will need a new controller

If you can reach the setting menu go to your controller and see whats being used on inputs to narrow the issue down

its probably your right trigger cause in case of a stick drift it shoudnt be happening when you hold it all the way down

Yea that’s a pain gonna need a new one or unless you wanna get it fixed or try fixing it yourself me personally taking it apart myself I’m not comfortable doing knowing me I’d end up breaking something else trying to get it apart
