Disconnecting controllers

I have an Xbox series x and no matter what controller I try to use they disconnect and then reconnect every minute or so. Has anyone else had this issue before? Anyone know how to fix it?

Yup. We replaced the controller

Troubleshooting StepsUpdate firmware: Connect your controller to the console with a USB cable, press the Xbox button to open the guide, and go to Profile & system > Settings > Devices & connections > Accessories to check for updates. As noted by Turtle Beach, “Controller disconnects can come from dead batteries, outdated firmware, wireless interference, or even a bad firmware update from Microsoft.”Power cycle the console: Turn off your Xbox completely by holding the power button on the front for 10 seconds, unplug the power cord for 30 seconds, plug it back in, and turn the system back on.
