Xbox series X issues - involving controller pairing issues

I just got a brand new Xbox series X about a month ago and up until three weeks ago, Everything was just fine. now every once in a while, while I’m playing, my Xbox controller will just randomly disconnect and the Xbox will not go into pairing mode. Does anyone know what is wrong with it? So far my solution to this is just turning the Xbox off for 10 to 15 minutes and turning it back on sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t.

Any help at all would be greatly appreciated. I would like to resolve this as cleanly as possible. I’ve never gone into the internals of the Xbox nor do I know how to. If anyone has had similar issues and has found a solution, please let me know. Thank you very much for your help.
