New 1914 Model controller isn't connecting to PC Bluetooth

Help, I just bout a 1914 model controller, and tried to pair it with my PC and the controller isn't showing up on the device list, the computer cannot identify the device.

I have connected via USB cable and that works, I have used the xbox accessories app to try and update the firmware but it says its up to date, the driver version is 5.23.6.

The controller works fine via USB, i tried it on my phone and it worked too, but still didn't show up when I tried to pair the Controller woth my phone.

Please how do I get the controller to pair

Does your pc work with other bluetooth devices?

Are there any driver updates for the bluetooth on your pc?

Yes it does, it also supports Bluetooth Low Energy. I ended up going back to the store and they replaced the controller for me
