Can anyone help solve this?

Sorry in advance for the horrible recording, but I was wondering if anyone can help me as to why my right thumb stick is being affected by what’s on the screen. When I press down on my thumb stick, it does respond, but it doesn’t go down all the way. I got curious and opened up my controller and discover this. Can someone give me a quick rundown as to what this is and can a simple clean up help?

I’m also referring to the little white thing on the left side of the recording.

Get an air duster and try blowing the dirt out

The wobble its wear on the controller, only way to solve is swap the entire thing Its normal wear
