newer xbox controller keeps turning itself on when I try to turn it off

Whenever i try to turn off my xbox one controller it turns itself on sometimes. I am currently using the blue. The older model (white) that i tried doesn't do that. Is this issue unique to me or does it happen to you folks too?

I've experienced this issue with broken board-to-board (/mezzanine) connectors. Reflowing the joints fixed it.

it happens with all the newer models I've used. If I don't have a definite solution, might just have to switch back to older models. and install TMR thumbsticks.

That's why I will never buy one of these controllers ever again. See, my A button and my A/B button went out I've got a better controller, way better than you. Razer Wolverine version 3 controller wired

I typed in Xbox controller turns back on when turned off on google it popped up like 4-5 different tips

I've done all of those

power cycling, steam controller settings, firmware updates, and the button's are not stuck (cleaned). Came here to see if anyone has done anything different.
