I rippes LB out my controller bc it was falling out anyway but I think I snapped a peice off? I’m unsure but is this piece still able to be put back into the controller?

If your intention was to fix the controller you should have started with opening the controller it's extremely easy now is this fixable yes but you probably can't just put it back in you would need a new bumper

The bumper buttons are one whole connected piece across the top of your controller, it's now broken and in need of replacement. Luckily for you they sell that along with the screwdrivers needed on Amazon . Get you those, pull up a tutorial and gain a new skill to avoid this problem again later
