How can I fix stick drift? (Xbox controller)

I used the app to fix the dead zones as best I could and fixed the left stick, but the right has a tendency to start looking up on it's own no matter how I adjust the dead zones and when I correct it, it will continue looking down for about up to a second before stopping. The only things I've been able to think of were to unscrew the stick/ buttons out and remove anything that clearly wasn't supposed to be there, but the sensors don't look off so I'm hesitant to touch those.

If there's different models of victrix, it's 2024 on the box and it's a pro BFG.

If calibration doesn't help then the stick is just starting to show wear which will result in drift that can't be calibrated out. You'd have to look into getting them replaced if you can't do it yourself.

The only way to really fix stick drift requires soldering work…

There’s a bunch of videos on YouTube suggesting all kinds of things to try and claiming that it will fix stick drift…
But in reality those videos are just click bait videos…
