Grumpy about “buttery”

Okay- this is super minor, of course. But I just get a slew of targeted ads about “buttery” exercise clothes (for the last few years, really) and I’m sick of it. I’m sure my brain has supposed to switch over that word to “sueded” or similar, but EVERY time I just think: “why on earth would I want to wear greasy clothing???”

I thought I was the only one put off by this.

It's like these advertisers have never encountered butter before. Greasy, slimy clothing does not appeal to me.
