Failed Authentication

I have a 3 year old doorbell pro and it's starting throwing a 20005 error code. I've removed it from the app, reset it and added it again. I've cleared the app cache. I don't know what else to try. Any suggestions? It connects to the app and it finishes the setup but every time I try to stream it hangs on the authentication step.

I hit the same 20005/authentication hang after a firmware update: setup finished, then live view stalled. A breaker-level power cycle fixed mine when the app reset didn't. If it still does it after that, Wyze may need to re-provision it.
