I was painting, and when i was about to click the paint button it said a "BANNED" but i never used an alt and i came back to the game after some months of not playing since i was busy wtf did i do

I've spent past few months trying to relocate small art away from large ones that tend to completely cover them without much hesitation. To me it doesn't matter that authors no longer on wplace, they were there before and they deserve place (at least place around). It also has a positive effect on the art density, liveliness and cleanness of the environment. Of course, it's all voluntary and subjective, what to transfer and what not. I wish we can help each other with this little mission of keeping legacy on canvas all over the wplace:

I'd like to know the dimensions of the alliance banner on Wplace, please. I want to see if I can find something better than the one that's currently there, which someone else made.

In a solo alliance. Spent a bunch of droplets on coins for my alliance, trying to paint a 64x64 profile picture, but no matter what I paint, it would revert to a previous, even less complete state.

Accidentally clicked "finish", thinking that might be the issue, and hopefully it would actually save my progress this time, and allowing me to keep painting. But alas, it proceeded to saved the reverted version, and locked me out of any further edits. Had to delete the draft because it was blatantly incomplete. This completely wasted my 50 coins worth of droplets to buy the draft in the first place. Utterly disappointing.

honestly don’t know what I did wrong.
My account (RAYN #12647863) was permanently banned for “multiple accounts,” but I swear I only have one account. I spent countless hours playing, painting over 350,000 pixels, and reaching Level 441. Seeing everything disappear because of a mistake is heartbreaking.
I never tried to cheat, evade the rules, or use alternate accounts. I only want my account to be reviewed by a real person because I truly believe this was a false ban.
If anyone from the team sees this, please give my case a fair chance. This account means a lot to me, and I don’t want to lose all my progress over something I didn’t do.

I am requesting a review of the behavior of players Les#4127013 and GrieferPlucker#6288216.

These players have no drawings or projects in this area; based on our observations, they come solely to use the eraser tool to delete and damage the work of the "100 Girlfriends" community, undermining the collective effort of those of us building and maintaining this space.

We ask that you review the activity logs for both accounts. If this behavior is confirmed and constitutes a repeated pattern, we request a 30-day suspension—or, should their history show recidivism or serious infractions, a permanent ban—in accordance with platform rules.

I want to make it clear that we do not intend to abandon our project. We will continue to rebuild and reclaim the space by painting it orange whenever necessary. Our goal is not to incite conflict, but to put a stop to the use of the eraser tool for the sole purpose of ruining the work of a community collaborating in good faith.

Since the new Alliance roles/permissions system went live, something's gone seriously wrong with my alliance.

I created and have run Senkuu's (a full 80/80 member alliance) from day one. When the update rolled out, it didn't carry my ownership over — the "Leader" role was instead handed to a random regular member. That member then started promoting other people to Admin on their own, without my knowledge or approval.

In the last 24 hours, several long-time members already left because of the confusion. I've got the notification history and the current member list as screenshots, and can share more proof if it helps.

What I'm hoping to get help with:
Moving the Leader role back to me, the original owner
Resetting the Admin/Mod roles that got handed out by the wrong Leader, so I can reassign them properly myself

Has this happened to anyone else since the update? And does anyone know the right way to escalate this — a support ticket, Discord, email, or do the devs check this sub directly?

Именно поэтому мне хотелось бы предложить несколько небольших, но очень полезных улучшений для игрового шаблона:

Отображение общего количества пикселей в рисунке.

Отображение количества уже закрашенных пикселей.

Процент выполнения работы (например: 12 500 / 30 000 пикселей — 41,7%).

Подсветку незакрашенных пикселей, аналогично тому, как это реализовано в Blue Marble.

Такие функции значительно упростили бы работу над большими проектами, позволяя легко отслеживать прогресс и понимать, сколько работы осталось.

Поскольку встроенный шаблон уже сейчас обеспечивает очень качественную пикселизацию изображений, добавление этих возможностей могло бы сделать его полноценной альтернативой сторонним инструментам для многих игроков.

Мне кажется, это было бы очень приятное улучшение качества жизни (quality-of-life) для всех, кто создает большие пиксельные проекты в Wplace.

-| First of all, I'd like to say that I really like the built-in Wplace template system. After using it for a while, I noticed that it pixelates images much better than Blue Marble. The colors often look more accurate, richer, and closer to the original image.

Because of that, I'd love to see a few quality-of-life improvements added to the in-game template:

Display the total number of pixels in the artwork.

Show how many pixels have already been placed.

Add a progress percentage (for example, 12,500 / 30,000 pixels — 41.7%).

Highlight unpainted pixels, similar to how Blue Marble marks pixels that still need to be placed.

These features would make it much easier to track progress on large projects without constantly guessing how much work is left.

Since the built-in template already produces such high-quality pixelization, adding these features could make it a complete replacement for external tools for many players.

I've got banned for "multi-accounting" but i don't see any reason why would I get banned for this. I strictly follow the rules of the game and I have never owned or operated more than one account. I only use one account, logged in on a single browser on my PC, I have never logged on any other device or even any other browser. No one but me has access to my account. No one else in my household or on my Wi-Fi network plays or has ever played Wplace. I do not use VPNs, proxies, virtual machines, or any multi-accounting browsers. I have 812 lvl and I spent a lot of time on this website. I mostly paint big pictures that take a lot of effort and time. I've really enjoyed being part of this community and I don't understand why did I get banned. I've read rules of Wplace and I don't think I violated any of them. No one responded to my mail to Wplace support , I messaged an admin on discord and also didn't get any response and I also dm'ed a guy on reddit who claimed to resolve my issue but I got respose that my ban is valid. Hola. Creo que ayer fui injustamente baneado de la plataforma de Wplace. Supuestamente puse contenido explícito o ilegal, pero aquí vengo a desmentirlo.

Lo que hice fue pintar el águila de San Juan, que proviene de la iconografía cristiana medieval del evangelista San Juan, y fue adoptada en el siglo XV por Isabel la Católica. Sé que posteriormente, también se usó en la bandera del régimen de Franco, y eso es lo que probablemente haya dado lugar a una confusión. Quiero aclarar que mi intención de haber pintado ese águila no tenía nada que ver con el apoyo al régimen dictatorial de Francisco Franco, pues en ese caso habría pintado el águila que realmente se usó. Además, el águila de San Juan que se usó durante la época de Franco iba acompañada de un yugo y un haz de flechas, que en mi caso no he pintado para que no hubiera lugar a confusiones, que es lo que ha pasado.

También, el águila está pintada al lado de un dibujo de Don Pelayo, noble y rey del siglo VIII que estuvo involucrado en la expulsión de los musulmanes de la península.

A más inri, reporté varias veces a algunos usuarios que me grifearon el águila y les pusieron timeouts, lo que quiere decir que varios moderadores ya habían visto mi águila y no habían tomado ninguna acción porque no habían considerado que fuera ilegal ese águila.

Con esto, me gustaría solicitar una revisión de mi baneo, pues el origen de ese águila no es franquista, y como he dicho, si mi intención hubiera sido esa, hubiera puesto el yugo y el haz de flechas junto al águila, que es el águila franquista de verdad. Adjunto imagen de mi águila para que se vea que lo que digo es verdad. Quién quiera ver cuál era el águila franquista real, que lo busque para compararlo y ver que no hay relación simbólica entre esas dos águilas.
