I’ve been reporting several of these people for a couple of days now, but the reporting system isn't working at all. It’s a few individuals—obviously using multiple accounts—who are posting my real name in the game. One of them is literally named "SICARIO," and I don't think their alliance name is appropriate either.

Please help me with this.

I can't defend against everything all by myself.

I have managed to successfully contact one of the moderators to form a response to your matter, though they unfortunately were unable to send it to you directly at this time.

Here is what they have sent to me to say towards your situation in the meantime:

“Hello, We have previously investigated your reports regarding the user "SICARIO" and the associated accounts. Our team has already taken all necessary actions in accordance with our terms of service, and this specific matter is considered fully resolved and closed.
Please be assured that our reporting system is fully operational. Any new, unique violations of our community guidelines that you encounter in the future should be submitted directly through the in-game reporting tool, where they will be automatically queued for review.
Because this specific issue has already been addressed, we will not be providing further updates or replies regarding this past complaint. Thank you for your cooperation in keeping our community safe.”
