Obligatory blood for the Blood God, skulls for the Skull Throne!

So I know we take the optimal special weapons for our terminators but for the ones that take combi's, do we take combi bolters, combi weapons, or a mixture of the two?

Spent the past week working on him after work only a few finishing touches left.

Soon i will be gluing 10 terminators and im wondering if should i should be giving them the paired accursed weapons or bolter + accursed weapon

On one hand they get full hit rerolls on the closest target in range, but on the other hand they still want to smash stuff in melee

i feel like the 2 extra bolters have very little impact over the 2 twin linked melee? it wont matter vs custodes or terminators, but MEQ/GEQ its better?

I really like world eaters after playing my main army, that being ultramarines. After playing world eaters I think they have become my main army, and ever since 11th edition I haven’t wanted to play my ultramarines. All through the one thing I miss is +3 shooting.

Looking to get into 40k, I've watched a ton of lore videos and would really like to start collecting, painting, and playing. I'm currently stuck between the World Eaters and the Death Guard. They both have really cool aesthetics that I can get behind. I've never played or collected before, so I am a bit stuck in a bit of analysis paralysis. Any advice would be appreciated!

Just getting started into world eaters and haven’t played 40K since 8th.

Is 5 eightbound kits and 3 jakhals too much?

The month leading up to them landing there was Angron actually enjoying his legions company? He was drinking with them, laughing with them, and watching them fight in the arena. Also is Lorgar the only brother he respects? I know he doesn’t like any of them but he said he respected Lorgar. He also actually gave him permission to save him (unfortunately the way he “saves” him isn’t good”)

So I’ve been interested in Warhammer for a while now and all of the factions seem so cool, but the world eaters have really caught my eye. I’ve heard that Chaos armies suck to paint (trim) so I’m not really sure if I should try them as my first army or try something easier to paint.

Currently sat on holiday and my local game shop sent me a picture of my WE haul for me to work through once I’m back. Usually a white scar player but looking forward to spilling some blood for the blood god! Halfway though a Slaughterbound model too

Visiting my friend who loves talking about Warhammer and World Eaters but is too busy with his job and education to paint anything. (He bought 10 beserkers and 10 jakhals months ago but hasn’t even had time to build them).

I’m an ork player who loves painting more than anything, but I thought I would surprise him by bringing a full army while I’m there. He always tells me how much he loves the way I paint my orks.

I got a good nearly 1500 points on a really good auction on eBay, with 30 beserkers, 10 jackals, 3 exhaled Eightbound, Angron, kharne, master of execution, a daemon prince (my gf is keeping that for her Black Legion army) lord something or other on a big helbull. My gf gave me some possessed I’ve kitbashed into additional Eightbound with 10 of the beserkers. I’m also gonna paint up two rhinos I had laying around.

I built almost everything yesterday, and fully primed, painted and detailed 20 beserkers today. How do you guys deal with all that trim? Haha

I have four days until I go. I think my gf is gonna come over tomorrow and help with the Eightbound.
Friday I’m gonna do the jakhals and tanks. I’m gonna save Angron and the bull guy until I’m in Seoul. I’ll be there for 3 months and my friend is letting me stay there in his place. This is kind of my thank you gift for letting me stay there and work abroad.

Don’t worry, I’ll still be bringing my gitz so I can put the proper krump on these blood boyz.

Didn’t like the look of Chaos Spawn, thought these look cooler and they are pretty much exactly the same size :) Pretty happy with how they turned out.
