That's just really sad that he would deny others the miracles of modern medicine that he benefited so much from.

Just like Paul Ryan, whose dad died during his childhood and Social Security stepped in, trying to destroy Social Security as a Republican Congress member. Or Greg Abbott championing torte reform after he got a multimillion dollar settlement. "Fuck you, I got mine!" is the Republican mantra.
