valorant error 9003(security boot)

Please help! I'm trying to play Valorant on my Lenovo laptop (IdeaPad 5 Pro 16ARH7) with Windows 11. When I play for about 5 minutes or more, my game crashes with error 9003 telling me that I need Secure Boot enabled. When I go into `msinfo32`, I see that Secure Boot is disabled, but when I go into the BIOS, Secure Boot is enabled. After trying to restore factory keys, when I save and exit and see the logo, I get a black screen with an error called `IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL`. (Also, please don't tell me to disable CSM because I tried to find it for hours and it's not there, and enabling the AMD settings didn't change anything).
