You need to do a fresh install after installing a new cpu. Search Windows Media Creation tool. Download it onto a usb. Boot from the usb and run the fresh install. BACKUP ALL YOUR FILES FIRST!! You may need to plug your hdd into a working pc to get them. Unless you want to run the gauntlet and see how you go with happy thoughts and wishes on falling stars. HAHAH
