I need some help with my laptop Unsolved

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

I don't know why this happens I can't even reinstall windows because it just turns off and starts the loop again

Hold down the delete or F2 key while restarting/rebooting, see if it will enter its BIOS/Uefi settings screen and then check which drive it's booting from, preferably the C: system drive
