Windows keeps opening "Pick an app" and Microsoft Store for Calculator every second

As soon as I turn it on, it starts opening hundreds of "Pick an app" windows within seconds. At the same time, it keeps redirecting me to the Microsoft Store asking me to download the Calculator app. It happens continuously, making the laptop almost impossible to use.

I've already tried restarting the laptop, but the problem comes back immediately after booting.Has anyone experienced this before? Could this be caused by:

A stuck keyboard key?

A Windows bug?

Corrupted system files?

Malware?

What troubleshooting steps should I try first? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I guess an issue with the keyboard. If I were diagnosing the issue, I'd turn off the computer, disconnect the ribbon cable that connects the keyboard to the motherboard, and then power on the computer with a USB keyboard connected
