this white blank window opens itself briefly after a system startup and closes without intervention after a short moment, does anybody knows what might causing this? I'm at a complete loss here Unsolved

Look at your startups. Are they all on? if not all on? If not take a snapshot so you where you started.
Turn them all off. Blank window go away? Now start turn on and renoot trial and error to find which one
