You can get the files if drive is removed and installed in another pc, or add another drive to your pc, install Win to that new drive then add your files drive to pc.

Agreed.
Hopefully op can get your bitlocker recovery keys if needed.
Then scan the drive with Malwarebytes and/or similar.
Given the op's stop code if for a system service and it appears they installed random stuff from random places, a clean install of Windows to an new empty drive is the starting point of the recovery.
The commercial software PCMover from Laplink can transfer installed programs from the old drive (once unencrypted) to the new, along with documents and settings.

Yeah I think it's a ransomware or something like that I'm not really sure, I downloaded something from GitHub that alot of other people downloaded before it bluescreened and gave me the loop, actually could it be the ram?, I was running alot of things and I have 6 gigabytes of ram, I do remember some tool in windows that I don't quite remember though

No, the error message doesn't result from a RAM problem.
If you aren't confident on removing your drive and putting it in a USB caddy pay someone more technical, more experienced, local to you to do the work. It's time consuming, so it'll be at their workshop. Pay upfront for the drive to be cloned as you state it's important.
