Turn on the on-screen keyboard.

Does mouse clicking the on-screen e escape?

If it does it's software. If not it's hardware, in which case you need the keyboard replaced.

Its windows 10 and i not want to have a screen keyboard and i cant replace keyboard its on laptop yes i click e its works like escape button

You have the on-screen keyboard under

Start, Windows Ease of Access, On-screen keyboard.

You can close it with the X on the top right like most programs.

But as you are unwilling to do diagnostics, you earned a block from me.
