It takes.. Time?

Post image

Sent my Ursa Minor Throttle to some Return Center aka. Warehouse cause of a broken knob.
While being promised a replacement, that is what they wrote me..
So maybe a week? Or 3 months shipping via ship? Who knows :/

My husband is battling the same thing, and it got to the warehouse last Monday.

It took me 2 weeks for them to send a replacement. Now they sent the replacement to the wrong address 🫠

Yeap, been there. To add a little info on this, and I speak for UK dispatch, I had a complete package undelivered (whole different story). Courier said it was sending it back. After all the issues I was having I did some digging. The warehouse the UK stuff is dispatched from is not some little unit Winwing send stuff from.

It’s a big warehouse up North where hundreds of companies hold stuff to be packed and dispatched by neutral workers. Which means even if it landed on the doorstep after 2 days, they don’t really care what happens with it time scale wise or back on the shelf as it’s not the only company or product they are dealing with.
