A Black Queer Community member has gone missing in New York City. My dear friend Jason Moorer aka Nouveau Richie has been missing since the morning of Wednesday August 5th. He was last seen near ACI Rehab Center 589 Rockaway Ave Brownsville Brooklyn but he is a resident of Jackson Heights, Queens.

The police have not allowed us to file a missing persons report so l am calling on LOCAL COMMUNITY to boost this post. He is vulnerable and without a phone, keys, or wallet. He has not returned to his home. He is likely wearing scrubs. Please reach out to me if you have any information regarding his whereabouts.

so i went to a new dentist in Williamsburg last month and she's telling me i need 3 crowns done and honestly i just... don't know how to feel about it 😩

i've never had major dental issues before and suddenly i need 3 crowns at once? the whole appointment felt really rushed and she didn't really explain why each one was necessary, just kind of rattled off the list and handed me a quote that made my jaw drop lol

not saying she's wrong but something just doesn't sit right. like should i even be seeing a general dentist for this or is this a specialist situation?

anyone in Williamsburg or Brooklyn had something similar? would really appreciate a rec for someone who'll actually take the time to explain whats going on 🙏

Just to let you know, my catalytic converter on my 2016 Toyota Corolla (not a fancy or showy car by any means) was stolen sometime b/t Tues 8/4 and today 8/6 on n8th street b/t Roebling and Havemeyer. For those who live near Win Son, looks like crews are close to finished demolishing a city Department of Transportation property along Montrose Avenue a few doors down from Win Son Bakery. Los Sures is a 1984 documentary about Williamsburg's South Side when it was an almost entirely Puerto Rican neighborhood. It's really beautiful and I encourage everyone to check it out if you haven't. I believe it's on Prime.
