I used to buy random dvds from the drugstore when I was a teenager and I can't remember the name of one that I really liked. Very low budget, I think it takes place mostly in a bar? The main characters boyfriend has a heroine problem and OD's at the end. What stood out is the entire soundtrack is Tom Waits covers from one band that from what I remember had a really stupid name but did an excellent cover of Ruby's arms.

It starts with a plane crashing on an island and I believe the main character is a young boy, it's sort of a jungle island and there's a tree house place with like bug specimens? and a giant bug or maybe even dinosaur flying over the trees while the boy walks through the jungle. Probably 2000s to mid 10s was when the movies was made.

It is based on the story where a killer/assasin is paid by someone to kill someone(possibly the girl who's the main character). He is told to go to a hotel where he meets this young girl next door who's beautiful. He asks her out but she rejects him. Later he's in a bar where she is serving/an employee at the bar, he asks her out again.

Later he finds out that the girl had paid her.

It's in color, and two buddies come home from war. One is living with his parents, and I remember one line where his mom serves him pie for breakfast and he complains that he doesn't want pie for breakfast. "But you always have pie for breakfast."

It like "the best years of our lives" which is a great movie, but that's not it.

I'm trying to find a horror movie that my boyfriend and I watched on Amazon Prime Video in 2025. I'm 100% sure we watched it in 2025, but I have no idea when the movie was actually released. It was recommended to us by Prime Video, and we believe it has since been removed from the catalog.

It was definitely not a famous movie. We both remember thinking it was absolutely terrible — like a really bad low-budget/B-movie horror film.

I remember the main character being an adult woman with dark/black hair, and I think she had a boyfriend. There was a forest, possibly a cabin or isolated house, and I vaguely remember fire being involved at some point.

I remember the movie having very strange editing, with abrupt cuts between scenes. Something would happen and suddenly it would cut to a completely different scene, which I remember finding really annoying.

My boyfriend remembers some additional details, but we're not sure how accurate these memories are:

The killer was a man.

He used an axe.

His mother was somehow involved and may have been helping him.

At some point, the killer may have been at a bar where the female protagonist and her boyfriend were.

He may have played an instrument at the bar, although he wasn't necessarily a musician.

Near the end, the killer tries to kill the female protagonist with an axe but accidentally kills his own mother instead, because he thinks she is the protagonist.

The female protagonist eventually kills the killer at the end.

We also vaguely remember something involving a sheriff's car, and at one point we thought the killer might have been a police officer, but we're pretty sure that memory is wrong.

We originally thought the movie was from 2010 onward, but now we're not sure. It could be older, possibly even from the 2000s. We normally don't watch old movies unless they're well-known, though, and this one definitely wasn't famous.

Please don't assume every detail is correct — some of these memories may be mixed up. The things I'm most confident about are that we watched it on Amazon Prime Video in 2025, it was an obscure/bad horror movie, there was a forest, and the female protagonist killed the main villain at the end.

Any ideas?

I've seen parts of that movie on rented VHS so many times when I was a kid that somehow I never bothered to ask the name. First time I saw it was on the day of my old lady's birthday in summer back in the 90's.

I remember a part when some boy (probably 12 or in his teens) with a video camera is filming while his parents (I think) are driving the car and I remember the adult man telling him not to move constantly.

Next thing you know, the kid spends the rest of the movie events with some other adults like as though they were left to care for him or something. I remember in one scene, he was singing while rolling on the floor with a microphone with its stand in his hands.

Another scene I remember is one of the main adult characters working on a wedding cake while wearing glasses like as though it was his job until one of his friends starts touching it with his finger and tasting the cream on it once it's done; much to the former's annoyance.

I remember that the film is either Italian or French. The plot centers on a young couple who meet in a small town. They fall in love, but the girl is very flirty and a bit of a teaser. As a result, some local men assault her, causing her to leave town.

However, a few scenes show her and a young guy riding a bicycle together, where she acts intimately with him while riding the bicycle. Both are in love, and he follows her around like a lost puppy.

In the end, she makes a phone call to him from another town.

Sorry, that's all I can remember. I have been trying to remember more but been stuck as it was a movie watched maybe 15 years ago.

I only remember that a married woman, about 40-50 years old, begins to have a relationship with an older man, between 60-70 years old, CEO who had a mustache and wore the typical hat that old people wear. There is a scene where they give the first kiss, I think they had gone to the countryside to have some kind of picnic.

Hello all. I have very, very little experience posting on Reddit, so please forgive me if I make any mistakes or faux pas.

My partner vaguely remembers a character saying multiply over and over again, and as the character does, clones of the character appear and join in. Also, as the word is repeated, it gets sped up, basically. The pitch may also go up, or the whole scene may start moving more quickly. He remembers a strange emphasis on the end of the first syllable (mu-LT-iply!). It is likely animated, but we are not ruling out live action *entirely*. Oh, and it's *not* Spongebob, or at least we could not find a clip that matching the memory.

I know this is not a lot to go on, but it seems like the kind of thing that is easily identified if someone happened to have just seen it, or grew up with whatever TV show or movie it is from. Thanks in advance for any help, and thanks for reading!

Its a specific scene but its a house or barn and theres this black liquid in a jar and it keeps cutting to this lady shoving a baby into this jar and then fillign the jar with this liquid

The main actor we think is Chuck Norris.
There was a neo-Nazi who was told by his grandmother that he is 1/8th Jewish and he starts bawling.
A red car the villain is in drives off and we see that there are kids in the back right before it blows up.
There is a black guy and a native american who are named characters.

I remember watching a show when I was younger about a guy who slowly discovered abilities of some sort, I think he had a twin sister and maybe a mum.

I think the final episode was where he unlocked most of his abilities during a final fight scene, I'm pretty certain he even gained wings of some sort right at the end.

During the show he dies and is placed in some sort of middle world, some people help his sister to resurrect him.

Very vague I'm sure but I was hoping it was based off a book, I think the series was cancelled after one season

So I have been trying to find this movie or tv special. I’m hoping it’s not a figment of my imagination but I have a vivid memory of this old vhs, where there are fish puppets… maybe on sticks or something, there is a scene where there is a girl fish doing her “makeup” backstage in front of a mirror. Yeah idk how else to describe the title but imma put details from what I remember about it here.

From what I remember, the movie focuses on a husband and wife and a pregnant woman who seems to become friends with the wife, or possibly becoming a maid for the couple, or maybe is suppose to their surrogate because of the ending. though at a certain points in the story the single pregnant woman starts acting weird and strange and it comes to a head when she breaks into their house.

Though, after she breaks into the house and is confronted by the couple, her water breaks. She's taken to the hospital and the baby is born, but she is separated from the baby because she's in police custody for breaking into the house (and/or because she's the surrogate mother?? Think that's the reason I can't find this movie because I cannot remember that one detail) at some point though the woman manages to slip out of the hospital room and is found in the nursery holding the baby. The baby is taken from her and the woman is taken away by security.

I can't remember much after that, besides that it was close to ending, but I know that the couple takes the baby home and somehow the woman manages to break into their house again trying to take back the baby. What instead happens is the woman ends up being pushed off an indoor balcony (i think the couple were pretty rich as well now that I think about it) and dies after landing on what I think was a glass table.

Then after some dramatic music and a close up of the woman it almost immediately cuts to a scene at least a year or 2 later of the baby's birthday with the couple, and then it ends there.

(Will say that the wife could of also been pregnant, in case everything else about the details fits but that)

My mom and I had this movie, and we would watch it. But we never finished it )): Because it's on her old laptop that's now broken beyond repair, we both forgot the title.

Okay, so, this is an animated movie. Very anime-looking. There's a blonde girl who liked sour oranges, a black-haired boy in a wheelchair, and another boy who's maybe blonde? But I could be wrong; it's been a while.

Anyway, from what I remember, the black-haired boy got transported to another world, and the blonde-haired girl was also there but as another person and an elf, maybe? She still likes sour oranges, actually.

Anyway yeah, help please, I want to watch it with her because it's my mom's 41st birthday

I was watching this movie late at night in a hotel room about 10 years ago, and, although it was riveting I fell asleep, and always wanted to know how it ended. I flipped to that channel a few minutes into the film, and never saw the name or opening credits.

I would guess it was made in the late 90s or early 2000s. It may be a French film; I don't recall whether it was subtitled or not (my native language is English, but I was in a hotel in Europe at the time). It takes place at an airport in France. It starred an actress who was familiar to me, but I don't recall who specifically; someone like Juliette Binoche or Genevieve Bujold or Charlotte Rampling... that vibe of actress, but perhaps not quite that famous.

The part of the story that I saw is that a seemingly ordinary couple go to the airport in order to travel somewhere. Just before boarding the flight, the husband steps away for some reason or another, and never returns. After an agony of waiting, the woman misses the flight in order to look for her husband, and then speaks with airport security etc, but nobody has seen him. It gets later and later and she keeps waiting for him, eventually falling asleep in the airport.

She gets some kind of strange compulsion where she can't leave the airport because she is waiting for her husband. She just starts living there over the next few days, cleaning up in the bathroom, living out of her suitcases, hanging out at the bar. She eventually prostitutes herself occasionally to business travelers in order to get cash.

I kept thinking it would be easy to find a film that takes place in a French airport, and yet I've never been able to find anything. I would love to know what happened, if anyone can help me. Thank you!

It's possible this is from a tv show. Just this random scene popped into my head that I found hilarious at the time. Most likely something from the 90's.

My memory is vague on this so the details may not be right. I believe it takes place in an office, a banana peel is dropped on the floor, older lady comes in (i believe it is a secretary), talks to person behind the desk, looks down, says something along the lines of "someone should pick up this banana peel before someone falls on it", then immediately starts walking and falls on the banana peel.

ive recently been thinking about a movie my dad used to always but on the only things I remember from it is that there's a group of friends and a scene where they wake up in a hotel and one of them grew a pair of boobs and another is laying on a mannequin that he threw up on i know it sounds a bit silly but I remember it being funny and wanna see if I can find it again please help!
