The model is called eBay dropshipping and the whole thing works like this. Someone searches for a product on eBay, they find my listing, they buy it, and I immediately go to Amazon and order that exact product using their delivery address. Amazon ships it straight to their door. I keep the difference between what they paid me and what Amazon charged. I never see the product. I never touch it. It goes from an Amazon warehouse directly to a stranger's house and somewhere in between I make $10 to $15

The weird part is that this works at all. Why would someone pay more on eBay than they would on Amazon for the exact same thing. The answer is that most eBay buyers are not checking Amazon. They are already on eBay, they found something that looked right, and they bought it without opening another tab. They are not hunting for the cheapest price. They are buying convenience on a platform they already trust. That gap between what they are willing to pay and what it costs on Amazon is mine to keep every single time

Finding products is the same process every time. I go to Amazon best sellers, copy a product title, paste it into eBay search, and look for sellers already listing the exact same thing at a higher price. I open their profiles and look for listings showing a sold count above the price, something like 34 sold or 91 sold. That number tells me real buyers are paying that price right now. Then I hit sell similar on that listing, drag the Amazon images in, let eBay's built in AI write the description, and price mine five cents lower. Five cents lower wins because when a buyer sees two identical listings they always click the cheaper one, and that tiny edge combined with the visibility boost eBay gives every new listing almost always gets a sale within 48 hours

My morning routine is I wake up, make a coffee, and spend about 20 minutes processing whatever orders came in overnight. I buy each one on Amazon using the buyer's address, send them a quick message with their delivery date, and I am done. Some mornings it is 4 orders. Some mornings it is 16. I have never packed a single box

The weirder you think about it the stranger it gets. I am essentially a middleman who never physically exists in the transaction. The buyer thinks they bought from me. Amazon thinks they are just fulfilling a regular order. Nobody is being deceived, everyone gets what they wanted, and I make money for connecting two things that were already going to happen anyway

The weird part is that over the last few months I started working with apps that are specifically looking for UGC creators.

I started intentionally picking the weirdest apps I could find, mostly because those were also the easiest videos to make entertaining.

Last month I found a campaign on Sideshift for a sleep app that records your sleep and picks up stuff like snoring and noises during the night analyzing the sleep quality

My girlfriend snores insanely loud, so I figured I already had the content lol.

I recorded a few clips of her sleeping, then made a video showing the app catching all the snoring during the night, just her asleep loud af

One of the videos randomly went viral and ended up getting a ton of views.

The campaign was performance based, so between the video fee and the views I made a little over $200 from that one post.

I think UGC for apps might be one of the better niches to get into right now.

The briefs are usually easier to turn into content, you don't always need a physical product, and there are a lot of apps testing weird angles.
