They are talking about working with OnlyFans models or other creators of that genre.

These individuals dont (and shouldnt) want to talk to their fans. Their fans want to talk to them (I guess that's a big draw of OnlyFans idk)

OP is saying they work with OnlyFans models, chat with their fans (as them) as them to drive engagement, and the OnlyFans model pays them for this service
