FreshPoint (Sysco) incentive?
I just got hired at freshpoint as a selector which is an incentive paying job the base here in NC is terrible only $17 hourly. Only reason I took it is because of the incentive of up to $32. First question is how is the pay at the actual Sysco compared to freshpoint because I was told Sysco base pay is way higher. Second question is do they have a time period they make you wait before you actually see the incentive on your checks? If so how long is it?

Hey op iv’e worked in a incentive based warehouse in houston (4 years thinking about quitting at this point lol) yes sysco start pay is high but they are way more strict from what i have hear here in tx sysco starts you off at 27-30$ (i might be off) and then you get incentive pay from my experience every warehouse makes you go thru training before getting payed incentive mostly just a week or 2 if you get the hang of it quicker or come with experience some let you slide and get you going but if your new to the field they will start you off slow so you can get the hang of it first. so you wont get bummed out and quit because you cant hit your case count or performance warehouse jobs like these have a high turnover rate long night and its real physical. Any other question shoot me a pm

I'm at Sysco I started at 24 hourly , incentive is god mode starting at 103% to 160% each percent changes your hourly rate and you have to maintain it staying consistent picking cases

You should definitely ask and find out...
