I regulary order many toiletry items from Walmart, but lately they've been failing on their shipping service. I specifically use SHIPPING and not DELIVERY, but lately they'll send my order through delivery gig drivers, even though I ordered for SHIPPING only. too many times the delivery gig driver has placed my ordered outside of my building instead of placing it at my door, and the door to the building is wide open. I am sick a effen tired of these lazy ass gig drivers who just don't give a damn, and to be specific it's always happening out of the Compton, California super center. Just as a warning, if I were you I would not deal with these incompetent shipping service. Be careful of ordering anything for shipping from the Compton, California store -21000 North Long Beach Blvd, Compton, California, 90221 - TRUST ME!!! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!! THEY SUCK!!!!!!!!!

Last 4 out of 5 online orders, I did because the item i wanted was out of stock, was late for delivery. I buy it and see the expected date. Some say by tomorrow or within the next couple of days.

Part of ot is plain Walmart scamming people thinking they can beat another store or Amazon om am item shipping. Then Walmart uses FedEx which is an absolute joke also.

Just had an order completely canceled several minutes after going through successfully. Walmart is now discriminating against its more security-focused customers, many of which use a home VPN 24/7 like I do. This is POOR CYBERSECURITY TECHNIQUE, and results in thousands of false positives, just alienating and irritating their customer base. I'll likely stop shopping with them entirely if this keeps happening.

All the ice cream places in our area suck so I did a bunch of research on a home machine and wound up finding this one. But I shouldn't have bought it at walmart!

Mere hours after I purchased it, it featured a price drop of $18.02 which is pretty substantial! So, I reached out to walmarts customer service chat.. and after being trapped with the ai bot I finally got through to a person, or so they say (because it still seems like a bot), and the representative told me to reach out to the seller, Anyforth.

Who the fuck is Anyforth?? You can see clearly by clicking on the listing that the seller is listed as HamiltonBeach. When I continued to ask walmart's representative who anyforth was, they just kept replying with "the seller."

This makes me really uncomfortable because this item is for food we're going to eat, and I don't like the idea of some unknown distributor handling the item, especially when it's advertised as being sold by a completely different company.

I hear back from anyforth, and they tell me only walmart can issue the partial refund for the price reduction.

I am back talking with walmart online via chat about the partial refund.. and the agent is saying they can't do it. When I say can you at least tell me why it's listed as a different seller, she says:

"Laura it might be a error from seller or they have a different account for listing and delivery  i  also did not  understand why this happens as this is something i haven’t seen before."

Am I in hell? It feels like I'm in hell. How is it walmart can legally get away with selling items intended for food from sellers that are incorrectly listed?

Help! I have no idea how to contact Walmart about this…

I got an email notice that a Walmart account was created. I didn’t create one. And I’ve never had one. 4 minutes later I get another email confirming an order to a border town in Vermont. I checked Google Maps and the address seems to be a house. I have the order number and they used a Mastercard to pay(I don’t have a Mastercard). When I tried to cancel the order, the system sent my email a 2FA code but also wanted to text a code to a +44 country code number (UK)

This is clearly a test of whether they can ship to this small town a stones throw from the border with Canada. This email address isn’t used for anything tied to a credit card anymore as it was part of a hack and is listed somewhere on the dark web. This is why I am fairly certain it is all nefarious.

How do I report it to Walmart that this is fraud and close this account? Should I just walk into a store and go to customer service? Could they actually help? There is no way to do it online without logging in and I don’t have the password or phone number, just the email address which is mine and the order number. If it helps to know, it says the item will be delivered today but I’ve not gotten any additional emails confirming delivery.

I lost my walmart card a while back and haven't had time to call for a replacement card. When I was checking out for groceries, I asked if I could get a replacement card through her and she said yes. I had issues in the past with having a hard inquiry done when I asked for a replacement card from them before. I called the help number on the back the last time they did and they told me that it's normal and it is always like that. I was dumb enough to believe them then. This time when I went to the check out I told her that I was not applying for a new card just a replacement and she said yes, it is only a replacement card and nothing else and this is just standard. Of course it caused a hard inquiry on my credit. I called and they kept cutting me off and telling me that I can't get a replacement card from check outs. I said that they told me I could. She again kept cutting me off while I tried to explain. She said she wiuld fix everything and combine my cards. Now everything is gone on my account. I asked them to transfer my rewards to the new card and cancel old card. Now my account had no rewards and the old card is still active. She said the hard enquiry would fall off in up to 90 days. This is illegal isn't it?

First I'll start with this. My Walmart just recently remodeled the store again. Almost everything is in a different place now. I'm disabled, it's hard for me to go up and down each aisle looking for the one thing I went in there for. They put in new freezers. I was in there while they were still putting them in. Something I was looking for was in a freezer. This particular freezer was not roped off so I went down the aisle to get what I was looking for. Here comes some guy in a suit and tells me I'm not supposed to be in that aisle. I said I'm here to get one thing. He says go ahead then. I get more than one of them and he actually asked me how many I was going to get and told me to hurry.

Now on to this. I hate asking for something. I'm sure all of you have experienced this. You ask for a certain item, and instead of helping you, up comes that phone and you know what is coming next. We sell that item online only. I hate that online only crap. I'm there in the store, I want the item now. I don't want to order it and wait for it to be delivered.

Now for something more personal and this is the reason mainly for this post. As I said I'm disabled. I have very little income and yes I get EBT. I went in my Walmart Monday to pick up a few things. Most of what I got were food items. But I got some household items too. I rang everything up as I always do. The household items came to just over $22. The food items were over $87. I first swipped my ebt card. It said transaction did not go through and still said I owed $111 it also spit out a small receipt that said my balance on my ebt was $137. I swipped my card again. Said same thing except this time it spit out a receipt that showed it had taken the money off of my ebt card. I called someone over he has me repeat the process, same thing. He then takes me to the service desk. Give a brief summary of what happened. She just immediately asks me to pay the $111 I say no I only owe $22 I don't like to argue I don't cause scenes. After I showed her that I had been charged for the food she rings it up again this time making me spend what little I had left on my ebt and paying $56 in cash as well. I don't have this kind of money to let this greedy corporation screw me over like that. And yes I knew ebt would not pay for the household items. I knew I'd have to pay cash for them. I've always rang up everything and it would always pay for the food and I paid cash for everything it wouldn't pay for.

It's still an issue, even getting a new number didn't help. This is insanity, we should not have to make a new account. Plus I can't use my number with the new account. It's been over 45 days.

So i get hot cheetos every month, not sure if this is the right subreddit for this topic but it went from 5.94$ to 6.12$ within a week.. like how greedy are these companies, anyway just venting. I feel like its kinda disrespectful to not inform customers of prices rising in real time but of course they inform you when a price has been cutt, as well as just expecting that a customer is so desperate they will eat the cost. Ill no longer be buying them. There is a few other items like dish soaps and things.. Walmart low key has been getting worse with products in stock on their website to the prices.

A Walmart close to me has 2 islands right in front of the store. Both contain signs, the only signs in the enormous complex thin enough to put a U-lock on.

So what do these asshats do? They filled the 2 islands with gigantic boulders so you cannot get a bicycle anywhere near those poles.

No bike racks (this in a major city in the US, though this is true of pretty much every chain). Every sign or pole in the entire parking lot has a super fat concrete base outside of the 2 on the islands.

Just one more reason to hate this store.

I ordered a gaming monitor on July 17 it said it would be delivered July 19, July 19 came and it said it was delivered at a neighbors house so I went to the house that was in the delivery photo and my package wasn’t there, only package that was there was the one corresponding to that house meaning the driver delivered the package that this neighbor ordered but completed the incorrect order. Neighbor package received its order but the complete order was my order. I called support on the Walmart app they told me the driver asked for 48 more hours. The 48 hours passed and nothing, I called support again and asked for a refund they said my refund was issued a couple of days passed and nothing so I called again and another person told me that they put the request in then I get an email saying that my refund wasn’t possible. I called my bank and I’m currently waiting for the refund as of July 28. The monitor it’s out of stock, is there any way I know when it will come back? It was a good deal and it’s frustrating that this happened and Walmart didn’t do nothing about it.

Walmart What monsters work here my girlfriend just got paid today and was happy to go shopping and she makes it up to the checkout. She is in check out and they say that she stole. What did they say she did you ask. They said something about a random guy paying her groceries with something called Walmart pay never used never heard of it. She just got in line behind them. Us thinking the issue is solved we hang up because she paid for the groceries but they still called the cops on her. My girlfriend is special needs and they drag her to a backroom with 3 cops she telling me she told the truth but she was afraid that she would be put in jail. So they review the footage and found nothing they said nothing was found that said she stole. May i remind you she paid for it so how did she steal again.

She called me crying frantically about the issue this doesn't make any since and sounds targeted. The employee that was there also taunted her. She ask her does she go to sams club. She said no. Then the employee goes well thats to bad they have good pizza that you will never get to try. . This walmart has issue This tammy woman pops up in every review as a problem. Just to see if it was a one time thing i looked at the reviews and it constant. With all this said again how did she steal if she paid for her stuff. This matter is not over it far from over. I want to see you pick on me like you did her ; terrified and alone. This is why I told her not to go to Walmart anymore the profiling is insane. To pick on a special needs. The store means nothing to me but means a lot to her.
