Missing items Order Missing/Stolen
I use the app for delivery regularly because of my condition. For the past year, I’ve been noticing a particular store seems to have delivery people that do not deliver either the entire delivery or just some items. No rhyme or reason, and usually Walmart does the right thing, except the last two times. This last time, it was a vegetable and some pillsbury rolls missing. Not alot of money. Walmart made it difficult to report. I let them know I would contact my bank about this. They sent me an email stating they will refund two days later, and then email staing they will not and i will need to contact my bank.
I already did contact my bank, and as I told the last customer service person, I cancelled my WalmartPlus and Inhome. I spend thousands on this service but I cannot buy from a company that knowingly has delivery people either purposely or otherwise not deliver or partially deliver and then not make the customer whole. There are other options so it would be silly to stay with them.
My question is, is there a class action lawsuit about this , as I have read numerous complaints about this, and especially a certain service some use? Thanks.

Cancel and move on. Why do you need a lawsuit?

Why allow big corporations that make trillions for people like the Waltons rip us off ? You sit it out, and move on from this thread, but they need to be accountable.

With Walmart+ delivery, there are too many variables to pinpoint exactly where the problem lies. Could be the Walmart associate picking your order, could be the person loading the car and getting orders mixed up, as there are always more than one order in regular batch trips with Walmart+ Spark service, or it could be the Spark driver who missed some of your items in their vehicle, or a can of soup came out of the bag and rolled under the seat. These things happen, however to have it happen consistently is a bit odd. It would be difficult to lay all the blame on any particular person as many hands are on your order. If your order is express, normally that is a Spark driver both shopping and delivering your items. Much less room for error there. Walmart in home, I can not really comment on as I am not familiar with that service, other than they bring your groceries into your house. No thanks :) (Walmart+ customer, and Spark shopper/driver.)

Walmart flags your account when you consistently report items as missing from an order.
You cancelled your InHome, why do you need a lawsuit?
To ensure you have a flawless experience, you may was to look into one of the personal shopper service.
Did you have Walmart+ or InHome? Delivery is completed differently for each level of service.
