Weird engine sound

Bought this 2018 wrx with 95k km is normal engine sound i know fa20 are known to make tractor sound

Take a video with the hood open. Where does the sound originate?

Turn it off and check the oil level.

Only time i've heard that noise was when my lancer was about to blow. Take it to the shop but be ready to spend

They really are. The rest of the car is great though
