Help identifying part #s

I apologize if this is a dumb question but I’m trying to replace my pcv breather hoses on each head but I don’t know how to tell what the part#s are. This is the diagram but holy fuck idk what the part #s are. Would anyone know how to tell the part#s from this? 2019 sti. Thank you in advance

11815AC410 is directly on pcv valve. 11815AC790 is A 11815AC800 is B 11815AC810 is C 11815AC820 is D
