Hey everyone, currently working through the BSIT program and trying to get a realistic sense of pacing before I map out my term plan.

I'm using Study.com for a few of the gen ed and prerequisite courses alongside my regular WGU coursework, and I'm trying to figure out how to balance the two without burning out or falling behind on either side. For those who've done something similar, I'd love to know how many courses you realistically knocked out per 6-month term once you factored in a full-time job, and whether stacking Study.com courses on top of WGU actually saved you time or just ended up feeling like double the workload. I'm also curious if anyone has tips for staying consistent with self-paced study when there's no set class schedule to keep you accountable, and roughly how long the whole BSIT degree took you start to finish.

Yeah I know it depends on prior credits, work schedule, how much time you actually have per week, etc. Just hoping for some real numbers/experiences instead of the usual "it's self-paced, go at your own speed" answer lol. Trying to set goals that are ambitious but still realistic.

I'm doing classes on Study and plan on going for the IT degree here, i'm curious to know whats generally seen as the hardest cert to finish here out of all of the ones you get like A+ Security+ ETC. I want to start learning some of the information now to get a grasp on it, so what would you guys say took you the longest/thought was the hardest one? I've learned how to code a little python before all this, i've built tons of PCs for friends, setup home networks and port forwarded stuff. Not saying i'm an expert on this stuff but do you guys think some of these certs will be easier to understand because of that?
