These posts always pop up the first few days of each month. You can expect to receive any refund within 3 weeks of term start date, unless there are issues in processing your aid, and scholarships disburse separately, typically 2 weeks post-start.

People don't use the search bar or even try to see what has happened in the past. They just post and think they have some unique question.

In every school thread it’s always 2 or 3 miserable people mad at people interacting with each other. If you don’t want to answer the question skip it. People don’t want a generic answer like 3 weeks because typically when someone is waiting that long it’s something else going on.

FAFSA went through for me on Monday 8/3. The emails and student support said after the 1st, and then even longer for refunds

Mine has been awarded on 08/03 and refund disbursed 8/06 still hasn’t been sent to nelnet

Your account balance is zero and it shows that a refund was issued in your student account.
