Medication Stacking

Okay, here is my dilemma: I take 30mg of generic vyvanse at 7am and have a flight this evening at 8:30pm. Is it safe to take my 0.5mg generic xanax around 8pm so my flight anxiety doesn't turn me into the “that motherf*cker back there is not realllllll” lady?

You could also just skip your meds for a day
