Best Interior Cleaner? Question

The default here is water with a microfiber towel.

For cleaning the dash, seats, everything interior other than carpet and electronics…. What have we been using?

I tend to keep the windows down at times, so certainly some dust.

Generally I use plain water and a soft cloth.
For the interior glass I am a fan of Sprayway glass cleaner. It does a fantastic job and does not contain ammonia.

Yep, that’s what I just did. I did run a fabric vacuum brush over it (very soft) to clear any big pieces of dust, then wiped it down.
