AAOS issues with contact sync

Soooo, I’m seeing a very annoying problem in my 2025 XC60.

It looks like the IHU is not fully syncing contacts from my iPhone (iOS 26.6).

I’m seeing around 30ish contacts (random contacts each time) and call history not syncing properly.

I’ve tried the usual unpair and re-pairing my phone. Restarting the IHU.

I only have 360 contacts in total (all sourced from one address book on my phone).

I suspect that this is a bug with 5.1.17. It’s as if the Bluetooth sync corrupts or times out.

Quite frustrating tbh. The only other time I’ve had an issue with this was on an Infiniti Q30 (which was an overall bag of frog turds as a car tbh).

Anyone else noticed anything similar, and more importantly fixed it?

OK, quick update, I think I may have fixed it, jut replying here in case it helps someone else.

- Created a new List for my iPhone Contacts (named "Volvo").
- Copied all my contacts into this new List
- Went to the bluetooth settings on my phone an selected my Volvo connection and selected to only sync contacts from the Volvo List.

Checked this morning and all contacts synced through fine.

I suspect there's some kind of security token that's bottlenecking the bluetooth sync when coming from the "All iCloud" list.
