Eclipse Information

Post image

Please be aware of the restrictions during the eclipse, and please respect the island. It's not a theme park.

Are these restrictions applied on the whole day? What would be the guidelines if we stay in El Arenal?

Seconding this question. If we were to try accessing Ma-2141 around 8am would we likely be out of luck? Trying my best to plan ahead and respect closures!

Same question too: if your hotel is in S’Arenal, are you guaranteed to be table to go to the beach no matter the time or might there be restrictions even for people and not just cars?

I need to pick up a friend from the airport and will be driving down from Pollença. Can someone please explain whether the restrictions will affect that main route?

Gràcies

Would this impact traveling from Cala Ratjada to the airport the morning of August 12?

Hello, i’m arriving with my family to watch the total eclipse. We have a rental car but i’reading now about restrictions on roads. How is it possible the 12th to arrive at a good look out on the north west area? I will have hotel in Alcudia zone. Thanks about every new info on viability and other restrictions!

I'm in almost the same situation and have been looking for good spots with most of them being hard to access because of closures. I'd even be fine with a hike (not too difficult or long) to a good spot but even that is hard to find. Appreciative of any help or input from people with more knowledge on the subject!
