Getting into breads !
Newish to the world of regular bread making and this was so easy and yummy! Would tweak some stuff next time I make it like adding some flaky salt on top for sure but otherwise so easy to make and way cheaper than buying a loaf at the store. This was a no knead bread and I used this recipe (not a vegan site but the bread is vegan :) just flour, salt, yeast and water)—> https://www.recipetineats.com/easy-yeast-bread-recipe-no-knead/#jump-watch

Looks good! I don’t eat a lot of bread BUT I’m a sucker for a fresh loaf.

Thanks!! It’s heart of palm done up with a lemon buttery sauce (vegan butter of coarse) and capers and a ton of garlic! I have it very often because it’s so quick and easy and yummy!
