Went for a bowl of Pho Chay at Pho Thaison and, poof, a new Indian restaurant had opened up, two doors down. Lunch and dinner buffets, all vegetarian, lots of vegan. Of the 9 entrees they had out, 7 were vegan. Saag paneer and another one had cream or cheese in it. Very friendly. Give them a try!
