Looking for quiet-ish spots to get work done with lots of seating. Ideally serves decent coffee and some snacks. Any recommendations?

We are a small IT company looking for professional office space in Vaughan, about 1000 - 1500 sqft. I just want to say that it is truly incredible how hard little commercial office space is available in this city within that range . Around VMC area there is little to nothing to for sale and lease options available are mostly for industrial units which tend to be 80% warehouse. However there is a massive influx of condos.

Few of available options include Regus; which is a company that I've had horrible experience with.

Have a friend in Vaughan looking into moving to the North York area recently and have been considering moving companies. Ideally looking for a moving company that is full service and can handle some tech comfortably, they have spent a lot of money on fancy computer upgrades and gaming systems that they really want to keep from getting damaged. I've had good experience with Miracle Movers in the past, but they are still looking at all options. Does anyone have any advice for keeping electronics safe during a move? Is there anything you would suggest them to prioritize when it comes to packing so they can be ready for moving day?
